Since the 1990s, Team Building is a term widely used, but just assumed as something obviously associated to business organizations, when it is in fact the analysis of how employees work, establish and develop individual skills with a greater sense of participation and trust between all team members.

Every team has its own morals, based on factors such as members' personality, communication, and resources available for learning and training and support received during the development of Team Building strategies, reflecting on management encouraging and fostering its own teams.

The need for Team Building is the result of our dynamic society developing a global market, communications revolution, and high level of specialization of the labor force. Interdisciplinary coordination of the many activities in a work center, and the methodology and effectiveness to achieve results is usually the force to catapult teams into realistic visions of success.

Working together as a team increases the chances to achieve ambitious goals that cannot be accomplished by employees working individually. The goal of Team Building is not only producing teams, but also getting corporate results toward business success.
